* Upon presentation of bona fide student identification or official certification of status

** Upon presentation of copy of passport indicating date of birth

Fee for participant, student and young delegate includes:

program and conference kit, entrance to sessions, get-together reception, coffee at breaks and lunches.

 

PAYMENT

Payment for registration fees must be paid directly to the Secretariat and can be made only by bank credit card. Kindly refer to the registration form for details. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Our refund policy is based upon receiving notification as follows:

Received prior to February 26, 2026, full refund less €50 handling fee.
Received from February 26, 2026 up until April 28, 2026, 50% refund
From April 28, 2026: No refund.
