Abstract Deadline - 31.03.2026

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

1. Abstracts must be submitted using the online submission link. Please record your password as you may want to go back to your abstract to make changes to it. 

2. Please do not fax, mail or email your abstracts.

3. All abstracts must be submitted in English.

4. Abstracts should be no longer than one A4 size page (400 words).

ABSTRACT EDITING 

Once you have submitted your abstract you can edit the document/authors/affiliations etc. by logging in again.

ABSTRACT STATUS

You can also check the status of abstracts submitted by logging in. Click on the abstract tab to track the review process. Once your abstract/s have been reviewed you will also receive an email
notification. 

POSTER SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

1. Posters should preferably be prepared on a single sheet and will be mounted on boards using double-sided tape, which will be provided.

2. The size of your poster must not exceed 150 cm (height) × 90 cm (width).

3. The title and author(s) of your poster should appear at the top in bold lettering.

4. All text and illustrations should be clearly legible from a distance of at least 2 meters. Upon arrival at the conference, please refer to the poster list to find the board number assigned to you.
